Shipping:

Products are handed in the post office with the address indicated by the customer in 3 workdays, as attested by date on postmark. The delivery periods can vary in case of difficulties of routing or shortage of stock which will then be indicated by e-mail to the customer. The workdays do not include weekend and holidays.

The customer will have to make sure of the good state of the delivery. Our goods travel at the risks and the dangers of the addressee who will have to undertake any useful action with the carrier in case of average or of breach and to inform Saudara Kaum about it by registered letter for a maximum delay of 48 hours.
In case of exercise of the right of retraction, we shall pay off to you the sums paid (except fixed price of expedition) into the measure or the delivered product returned to us to perfect state, without having been used and in its original packing, carriage paid. The delay is of seven workdays as from the day of the reception by the consumer.
