Saudara Kaum, located in La Londe Les Maures - France, offers its products through the Internet where you can browse at the Saudara Kaum Catalog: Articles for training or demonstration for Pencak Silat (knives, outfits, video, books…) and all articles from Indonesian handicraft. The present contract concerning articles is concluded between our company registered in France and a consumer, within the framework of a system of sale at distance.
Applicable law: the parties agree that this contract is subjected to the French law. In case of disputes, the court of Toulon is only competent.

Important : articles presented by the company Saudara Kaum were carefully selected to give you a precise idea of what we are capable of delivering. Nevertheless, photos are not contractual. The materials which we import are mainly natural, and it is not possible to guarantee that the wood or the horn - for example - are exactly going to be the same color that what you saw in the screen. Similarly, our articles of craft cutlery industries being unique details, it is not possible to deliver to you the exact copy of that what you saw in the screen as fare the majority of our articles are hand made.

Prices:

The prices of the charged products are those extra on the electronic catalog at the time of the order. The selling prices get in net price. The expense participation of delivery is clearly mentioned on the list of final validation as well as the total amount to be paid.

Orders:

All orders will be confirmed by e-mail that indicates the shipping delay and the validity of the prices. Any order confirmed by our care is irrevocable and cannot be then modified

Non availability:

Saudara Kaum will try hard to satisfy the demands of the customer and to execute the orders of products of this last one. However, Saudara Kaum will not be obliged to accept all the orders and cannot see its involved responsibility towards the customer in case of delay in delivery or of temporary or permanent not availability of products.

Payment :

The payment of products can be made by Secure Server for Credit Card Orders, bank tranfert payment or by Paypal. The goods are our property until full payment is received.

Case of absolute necessity:

The responsibility of Saudara Kaum cannot be engaged in the case of absolute necessity such as strikes, fires, natural disasters, or other, this list not being exhaustive.
